  The so-called ratio of positive and negative electrodes in lithium batteries, to put it bluntly, means how much excess is needed for the negative electrode to be suitable; Excessive consumption can cause waste of the negative electrode, but it can improve the capacity of the positive electrode (i.e. high capacity); If there is too much or less, there is a risk of lithium precipitation, which makes it difficult to fully utilize the positive electrode capacity (i.e. low capacity).

  CB value: also abbreviated as Ce11Balance in English.

  The calculation method is as follows: CB=negative electrode capacity per unit area/positive electrode capacity per unit area. Under normal circumstances, the CB value is determined by the following conditions:

  1. The first efficiency of active materials;

  2. Coating accuracy;

  3. The decay rate of the positive and negative pole cycle (requires some experience).

  If the coating accuracy can reach 100% and the first efficiency of the positive electrode is greater than the first efficiency of the negative electrode, then the CB value can theoretically approach 1. However, considering that the attenuation of the negative electrode is generally greater than that of the positive electrode, it is still necessary to increase the CB value.

  Positive electrode material: Taking lithium borate as an example, the designed capacity is 140mAh/g (the initial efficiency of lithium borate is generally 95%); Negative electrode material: artificial graphite, designed with a capacity of 340mAh/g (the first efficiency of artificial graphite is generally 90%); Coating accuracy: Assuming a coating accuracy deviation of 2.5%;
