By virtue of the characteristics of ultraviolet light, organic gas molecules are excited by ultraviolet light in the ionization chamber, and the excited organic gas molecules are ionized into particles with positive and negative charges. Under the effect of the electric field of the polarization plate, the charged particles hit the plate, forming a weak current that can be detected. The micro current signal generated by the movement of these particles is amplified by the amplifier. After circuit amplification and data processing, the concentration and other parameter values can be displayed on the display.
Leakage detection: once the battery leaks overnight, its internal electrolyte will flow out of the battery. If the electrolyte can be detected sensitively, you can judge whether the battery leaks. The working process and principle are as follows: the gas in the environment to be detected is sucked into the photoionization device through the built-in air pump for ionization, and the organic gas is ionized. The ionization voltage is collected and converted into a digital display. The value reflects the molar content of the organic gas in the environment, generally in PPb and PPm.
