  Energy density, simply speaking, is the unit that can be stored or released at the unit weight or volume. The unit is WH. For example, the energy density of lithium batteries is 300 kW/liter, 1 GWh = 300 (WH) ÷ 300 kg × 1000W = 30 kW (W), 1 gWh = 300 kg × 1000W = 300000 (kwh). The energy density required for the 1 GWH battery is about 600 kWh, so the unit that can calculate the battery capacity is whor, then 300 kWh = 600 kWh. Suppose there is now a lithium iron phosphate battery of 300 kWh, and its energy density is 600 kWh/kg (actually 500 kg/kwh), that is, 500 kg ÷ 300 kW≈7.28 wh/g, about 6.64 WH/kg.
