The reason is that the preparation of positive and negative electrode slurries for battery 18650 genuine packs includes a series of processes such as mutual mixing, dissolution, and dispersion of liquids and liquids, liquids and solid materials, and is accompanied by changes in temperature, viscosity, environment, etc.
Step 1 - Electrode Slurry Preparation
Mainly, the electrode active materials, binders, solvents, etc. are mixed together and thoroughly stirred and dispersed to form a slurry.
Step 2 - Coating
Low temperature lithium iron phosphate battery 3.2V 20A -20℃ charging, -40℃ 3C discharge capacity ≥70%
