After two years of technical research, the project team successfully developed high-capacity cathode materials, new high-safety, high-pressure-resistant electrolytes, and conquered technologies such as ultra-thick electrode preparation for high-energy-density power batteries and new three-dimensional structure electrodes, and successfully developed 300Wh/kg high specific energy single battery. The developed single battery has a mass specific energy of 310.3Wh/kg, a volume specific energy of 659.3Wh/L, and a battery cycle life of up to 1,000 times. The implementation of this project has integrated and opened up the upstream and downstream industrial chains of high-energy-density batteries, leading the country in the field of new energy vehicle power batteries. It has also applied for 15 invention patents and published 6 SCI papers, achieving fruitful results.
