Charging method
The first type is a fast charging port. This type of charging port is generally located at the front of the vehicle (opposite to the Jianghuai IEV5, the same below) and belongs to the DC charging method, requiring the use of high-power fast charging piles. The charging time is relatively fast, usually reaching 80% in just a few minutes.
The second type is a slow charging port. This type of charging port is generally located on the rear side of the car, the same as the gasoline refueling port. This type of charging port requires the use of a slow charging station, which is the most important ordinary charging station that prospective car owners consider installing. The charging station has a 220V AC input and it takes several hours to fully charge. Usually, when purchasing a car, a charging cable is given as a gift, with one end inserted into the car and the other end inserted into the slow pile.
The third type is the emergency charging port. Also known as a power bank. Some brands will give away one with the car, similar in size to an electric bicycle charger, with one end plugged into the slow charging port of the electric car and the other end plugged into a three hole socket in the home. For residential areas where it is not convenient to install electric stakes, but the parking space is relatively close to the windows, it is very convenient. Just pull a wiring board out of the window to charge the electric vehicle. However, this charging method will be slower than a slow charging station.
It should be mentioned here that the connector of the slow charging port is a national standard and is universal to all cars, but not all cars can charge on the same battery.
