According to the agreement, INCJ, Maxell and Hitachi Automotive will hold 76.2%, 14.0% and 9.8% of the shares of Hitachi Automotive Energy Development Co., Ltd. respectively. With the gradual increase in global environmental awareness, the market for new energy vehicles such as hybrid vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and electric vehicles continues to heat up, and the demand for automotive CR2450 battery as their key equipment has also risen. In order to adapt to market development, Hitachi decided to cooperate with INCJ and Maxell. Hitachi Automotive Energy Development Co., Ltd. has always been mainly engaged in the production of automotive CR2450 battery, and has established good business relations with large automakers in Japan and abroad, while INCJ and Maxell also have rich battery technology. In recent years, the nano-size of electrode materials has unique advantages for CR2450 battery. For example, nano-tungsten oxide materials, due to their small particle size, huge specific surface area and small volume expansion coefficient, are conducive to the insertion and removal of lithium ions without damaging the structure of the electrode material, so that the battery maintains a high cycle life.
