In terms of high energy density, Shiyan Mengshi's CR2477 battery PACK adopts Mengshi Technology MX18650-29P (220Wh/kg) high-energy battery cell. The PACK module structure is lightweight designed and combined with the application of new materials and new processes. The energy density can reach 155-160Wh/kg. The energy density of the CR2477 battery PACK system in subsequent research and development is expected to be higher than 190Wh/kg.

The temperature control management system allows the battery to charge and discharge at the optimal temperature. Wu Cheng said that the battery cell is connected to the busbar aluminum wire, and the battery cell will not be damaged when the module is disassembled, which is convenient for the recycling and reuse of the battery cell.

It is understood that the cylindrical battery aluminum wire welding CR2477 battery PACK production line built by Shiyan Mengshi in the first phase has now achieved finished product production, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 sets.
