Step 1: Inspection

 

During the process of disassembling the battery, check the quality of all connections, and at the same time check whether the fuse holder, charging socket, and the contact of the electric vehicle LR6 battery lead wire are normal and reliable, and tighten all connectors. Those that need to be replaced should be replaced, and their reliability should be examined in detail. Those that are unreliable should be replaced.

 

Step 2: Installation

 

The LR6 battery of electric vehicles should be installed according to the instructions in the battery assembly box. In fact, each battery in most battery boxes is connected in series. Use a copper wire of not less than one square to solder each battery in series with a soldering iron. Finally, the two output terminals, positive and negative, are left. Solder them on the two segments of the output socket. Be careful not to connect them in reverse. They must correspond to the positive and negative poles on the charger. Otherwise, the consequences will be serious.

 

Step 3: Trial

 

After installing the LR6 battery pack of electric vehicles, use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the battery output port. The actual voltage of the battery should be slightly higher than the standard voltage by 2~5V. It can be put into normal operation after it is normal.
