1. Manufacturing technology of single battery
Lithium battery materials The cathode materials of lithium ion batteries include ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobalate and lithium manganate, and the cathode materials include graphite, silicon and lithium titanate. The consistency of raw materials in the same batch is very important to the battery performance. During the production process, the parameters such as particle size distribution, specific surface area and impurity content of raw materials need to be strictly controlled to ensure the consistency of raw materials in batches.
Lithium ion battery production process The battery production process consists of multiple processes, each process may affect the battery consistency. To achieve consistent performance, each process must be reasonably designed and controlled to make it parallel and repeated. The battery production process is designed according to the battery performance requirements, and the influence of raw materials, electrodes, electrolyte and other parameters on the battery consistency is analyzed, so as to reasonably control the threshold value of each process parameter. The production line can also improve battery consistency by reducing human intervention and realizing automation.
2 Sorting system
In order to reduce the adverse effects of the initial state difference on the battery pack, it is usually necessary to screen the single battery and combine the batteries with more consistent state parameters. Battery grouping methods mainly include single parameter grouping method, multi parameter grouping method and dynamic characteristic curve grouping method. The dynamic characteristic curve matching method can well reflect the battery characteristics by comparing the difference of charge discharge curves between different batteries at the same magnification, and the sorting effect is ideal.

Battery series parallel connection The connection mode of the battery pack affects the battery consistency. At present, there are two better connection methods: first, connect two identical batteries in parallel as a module, and then connect the modules in series (PSB); First connect two different batteries in series as a module, and then connect the modules in parallel (SPA).
