1. Manufacturing technology of single battery
Lithium battery materials The cathode materials of lithium ion batteries include ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate, lithium cobalate and lithium manganate, and the cathode materials include graphite, silicon and lithium titanate. The consistency of raw materials in the same batch is very important to the battery performance. Lithium ion battery production process The battery production process consists of multiple processes, each process may affect the battery consistency. To achieve consistent performance, each process must be reasonably designed and controlled to make it parallel and repeated.
