What are the methods for packing NiMH No.7 battery?

1. Choose appropriate cells, cell types, voltages, and internal resistances. Balance the cells before assembly. Cut the electrodes and punch holes.

2. Calculate the distance according to the holes and cut the insulation board.

3. Screw in the screws. Please use flange nuts to prevent the nuts from falling off. Screw in the screws and connect them to fix the battery pack.

4. Connect and weld the wires. When connecting the voltage collection line (balance line), do not connect the protection board externally to prevent the protection board from accidentally burning out.

5. Fix the insulating silicone again. This silicone will solidify over time.

6. Install the protection board. If you forgot to balance the cells before, this is the last chance before packing the battery. You can balance it through the balance line.

7. Use an insulating plate to fix the entire lithium-ion battery pack, and use nylon tape to seal it. Nylon tape is more durable. Please note that we have never used steel shells. Steel shells are beautiful and strong, but the bonding degree of the battery cells is difficult to guarantee. Some shells that are not properly solved may scratch the battery cells and cause leakage, or even cause accidents due to poor insulation.

8. Then seal the battery cells as a whole. Please be sure to fix the battery cells and protection boards. Our battery cells can still work normally after falling from a height of 1 meter.

9. The final packaging is completed, and silicone wires are used for both output and input. As a whole, because it is a lithium iron battery cell, the battery pack of 48V20AH weighs 9 kilograms, which is half the weight of the same acid battery.

10. The tutorial is completed. After the battery is completed, we tested it and it can meet our requirements.
