Standard battery box provides double insurance for safety
After the safety foundation of the single battery was completed, Qiantu Motor adopted a design method that simultaneously focused on the safety of the overall battery module and pioneered the development of a standard battery box module structure. Inside the Qiantu standard battery box, the dynamic space of the battery cells is filled with foam. This material can absorb the size changes of the battery cells caused by the breathing effect of the battery cells, and plays an internal buffering role in the event of collisions, strong bumps, etc. . The battery box shell is made of high-strength composite materials, making its crash performance test score 30% higher than the national standard and meeting the IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating.
