(1) "22 Platform Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery R&D Project": Mainly used in the product "2265146 Battery", mainly to change the current formula of traditional positive and negative electrode materials, develop high-performance conductive agents and binders, reduce their usage, and improve positive performance. The proportion of negative active materials, as well as the selection of raw materials with higher gram capacity, greater compaction density, smaller rebound, and the use of thinner current collectors.
In addition, according to the higher risk points of DFMEA, we can focus on improving the process plan. The gap coating process is used for coating, and the spot welding process is used for tab forming. The project was completed at the end of 2018.
(2) "Ternary battery development and industrialization" R&D project: mainly used in the product "more than 50Ah ternary 2714891 battery cell". The research and development purpose is to change the soft connection structure, change the formula of positive and negative electrode materials, and develop high-performance conductive agent , increase the proportion of active materials, and increase battery capacity with the same VDA size. As of the end of 2018, the project is in the mass production review stage.
(3) "Battery Capacity Design and Manufacturing Guarantee Technology" research and development project: mainly used in the product "27175200 battery", the research and development purpose is to: improve the material system; select raw materials with higher gram capacity, greater compaction density, and smaller rebound ;Lightweight design of cover plate structure; reduce unit AH electrolyte demand; optimize research on sealing process to reduce scrap rate. The project was completed at the end of 2018.
(4) "Model-based battery design and intelligent manufacturing technology development" R&D project: The goal is to develop industry-leading high specific energy three-way power batteries with an energy density of 300Wh/kg. Based on the design analysis of multiple theoretical models, we achieve high specific energy while taking into account high safety from the perspective of system matching of materials and design, and develop high specific energy, low cost and long-life power lithium-ion battery cells with active safety functions. .
At the same time, taking the implementation of this project as a starting point, we will form an industrial technology alliance to break through existing technical bottlenecks in all aspects of the power battery industry chain, catch up with internationally advanced enterprises, achieve breakthroughs in core technology of power battery manufacturing, and make lithium-ion power batteries move towards the Development in the direction of "high quality, efficiency, and high stability" will ultimately realize the upgrading of China's power battery technology industry. It was in the design freeze stage at the end of 2018.
(5) "Technology to Improve Battery Energy Density" R&D project: Mainly applied to the product "32135-15Ah battery cell", the research and development purpose is the development of high-compaction and high-capacity cathode materials; adjust the active material ratio and increase the compaction of the pole pieces; The lightweight design of structural parts ensures mechanical strength; the electrolyte and liquid injection processes are developed. The battery energy density has been increased to 190Wh/kg, becoming a benchmark in the lithium iron phosphate battery industry.
(6) "20 Platform Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery Development" R&D project: Targeted development for the special vehicle market, through the introduction of high-pressure high-gram capacity iron-lithium cathode materials, high first efficiency, high-pressure and low-rebound graphite anode materials, By improving the positive and negative electrode formulas, optimizing liquid injection volume, thick electrode technology, optimizing structural parts, and improving cell manufacturing processes, we have developed high-safety, high-energy-density lithium-ion power batteries that meet national standards and market demand. The project was completed at the end of 2018.
