  The online UPS power control function is basically controlled by the CPU's internal program.   2. Voltage chasing

  After the slow start, the inverter voltage has not yet been switched to external output. In order to prevent the mains power from being poured into the UPS. When the mains power is normal, the CPU controls the inverter voltage to chase the mains input voltage.   4. Mains frequency detection and control

  The purpose of detecting the frequency of the mains is to serve as the basis for inverter phase locking. By adjusting the zero-crossing point of the inverter, the inverter phase is adjusted so that the inverter output and the mains input in the mains state are basically at the same frequency and phase. When the mains power is turned on, the UPS detects the frequency of the input mains power as the frequency of the inverter output; when it is turned on on battery, the inverter output frequency is set based on the last output frequency.

  When the mains power is normal, phase locking is performed. The inverter frequency first catches up with the mains frequency, and then chases the phase after the frequency is the same. By changing the inverter frequency, the inverter and the mains are in phase. After phase locking, the phase difference between the inverter and the mains is less than 3 degrees, and the frequency error is less than 0.01HZ. When the mains frequency exceeds the range of 47~53HZ, the UPS does not perform phase locking and immediately switches to the battery inverter state. Only when the mains frequency When the frequency returns to 48~52HZ, the online UPS power supply performs phase lock again and enters the mains inversion state.

  5. Online UPS power supply digital control technology
