From invention to early commercialization, lithium batteries often experienced explosions and natural accidents. In the future, these two types of batteries will be used as backup power sources for ships. Therefore, if lithium battery manufacturers have the strength, they will consider conducting classification society certification for lithium batteries. However, lithium iron phosphate batteries are the best way to popularize these two types of batteries. Although the energy density of lithium iron phosphate batteries is lower than that of polymer lithium batteries, their manufacturing cost and battery safety functions are superior to lithium batteries.
