What is the charging and discharging process of CR1625 battery?
Analysis of the basic structure of lithium battery pack:
Key materials: positive electrode, negative electrode, lithium battery electrolyte, separator; structure: round, square; lamination, winding; form: polymer (soft packaging), liquid lithium ion (steel shell)
Cathode: The cathode material of the battery accounts for 30%-40% of the cost of CR1625 battery.
Negative electrode: The negative electrode material of the battery should be composed of raw materials with a lower relative potential of the lithium electrode, with a higher specific volume and better crossover performance, thereby maintaining the stability and reliability of the mechanical equipment during the entire lithium intercalation process.
Lithium battery electrolyte: Lithium battery electrolyte has the function of transmitting positive charge between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, which affects specific energy, power, wide temperature application, cycle life, safety factor, etc.
Diaphragm: The diameter of the diaphragm should consider a good positive ion foundation, the ability to absorb liquid to retain moisture and maintain positive ion conductivity, and the dielectric strength of electronic devices to complete the protection of the positive and negative insulation layers of mechanical equipment. In addition, it also needs to have Sufficient puncture compression strength, tensile strength and other physical properties, corrosion resistance and sufficient photoelectrocatalytic reliability.
At present, the main raw materials of lithium-ion batteries are lithium cobalt oxide, lithium nickel oxide and lithium iron phosphate. Many raw materials are lithium cobalt oxide, which has good recycling performance and convenient manufacturing.
A lithium-ion battery is a secondary battery (rechargeable battery) that uses lithium ions to store and release kinetic energy back and forth between positive and negative electrodes.
1. The whole process of battery charging: driven by the electrostatic field, the lithium-ion battery slides out of the normal lattice constant through the electrolyte solution and enters the negative lattice constant. 2. The whole discharge process: During the whole process, the lithium-ion battery happens to be reversed back to the forward direction, and the electronic device enters the forward direction and the lithium-ion battery composite type according to the high-power circuit. After the rechargeable battery is charged and discharged, the negative electronic device e runs to the positive level from the external power circuit. The positive lithium-ion battery li jumps from the negative level into the lithium battery electrolyte, climbs up the zigzag hole in the diaphragm, swims to the positive level, and merges with the already washed electronics. The greater the charge and discharge current, the smaller the charge and discharge capacity, and the faster the operating voltage decreases.
