　　3: Low-voltage battery charging. If the lithium-ion battery has no battery charge for a long time, it can first use a small low-voltage charging head for slow battery charging, such as a 60v/20a rechargeable battery, and then charge the 48v/20a small battery, which can also be charged.

　　According to the above method, the purpose of activating "starved" lithium batteries can be achieved. If the above method is difficult to achieve, or the professional brand repair shop must be repaired immediately. In addition to hot summer and high temperature weather, the battery charger should also be used. Be careful not to expose the battery to heat in hot weather.
