Regarding this idle charging pile, the person in charge of Xingxing
Charging, the investment, construction and operator, said that the area where
the charging pile is located is near the starting point of the "electric bus
serial fire" in May last year, and 38 charging piles were affected. The fire
investigation has not yet been completed. In accordance with the requirements of

From the perspective of corporate investment, the company was limited by the
actual conditions of the parking lot and did not conduct demand analysis on the

Nan Bin said that the company has begun to make layout adjustments based on
market demand and increase the number of fast charging piles in places with high
usage of public charging piles. At present, the proportion of DC fast charging
piles among the city's public charging piles has exceeded 60%, which lays the
foundation for the increase in utilization rate in terms of technical
conditions. At the same time, government departments have recently issued the
"Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Construction and Management of
