What are the functional requirements of BMS for large-scale energy storage CR2450 battery?
1. Energy storage lithium-ion battery BMS has analog measurement function: it can measure single cell voltage, temperature, battery pack terminal voltage, current and other parameters in real time. Ensure the safe, reliable and stable operation of the battery, guarantee the service life requirements of single cells, and meet the requirements for the operation optimization control of single cells and battery packs;
2. Energy storage lithium-ion battery BMS has online SOC diagnosis: on the basis of real-time data collection, establish an expert mathematical analysis and diagnosis model, and measure the remaining power SOC of the battery online. At the same time, the SOC prediction is intelligently corrected according to the battery discharge current and ambient temperature, giving the remaining battery capacity and reliable use time that are more in line with the changing load;
3. Battery system operation alarm function: When the battery system is in overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, high temperature, low temperature, communication abnormality, BMS abnormality and other states, it can display and report alarm information;
4. Battery system protection function: For abnormal faults such as severe overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent (short circuit) of the battery that may occur during operation, through the high-voltage control unit;
Quickly cut off the battery circuit, isolate the fault point, and output sound and light alarm information in time to ensure safe and reliable operation of the system;
In order to ensure timely and reliable protection, the energy storage system reserves 2 hard nodes. When the BMS detects that the battery system reaches the protection limit, the BMS sends the protection limit value to the PCS through the dry node to prohibit charging and discharging.

6. Thermal management function: strictly monitor the operating temperature of the battery pack. If the temperature is higher or lower than the protection value, the battery management system automatically cuts off the battery circuit to ensure system safety;
7. Energy storage lithium-ion battery BMS has self-diagnosis and fault-tolerant functions: the battery management system adopts advanced self-fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant technology, and has self-checking function for the module's own software and hardware. Even if there is an internal fault or even device damage, it will not affect the battery operation safety. The energy storage system will not fail due to a battery management system failure, or even cause battery damage or a serious accident;
8. The energy storage lithium-ion battery BMS has a self-diagnosis function, which can self-diagnose the interruption of BMS communication with the outside world, abnormal BMS internal communication, abnormal analog acquisition, and other faults, and can report to the system;
9. Balancing function: passive balancing, the maximum balancing current is 200mA;
10. Operation parameter setting function: BMS operation parameters should be able to be modified remotely or locally in the BMS or energy storage station monitoring system, and some parameter modifications require password confirmation;
11. Local operation status display function: BMS can display the various operating states of the battery system locally, such as system status, analog information, alarm and protection information, etc.;
12. The energy storage lithium-ion battery BMS has an event and log data recording function: BMS can store a certain amount of 10,000 events and log data of the battery system locally.
