LR03 alkaline battery pack connection and reliability
In power lithium batteries composed of single-power lithium batteries, two connection methods are often used. ① The combination method of connecting LR03 alkaline battery cells in series first and then in parallel; ① The combination method of connecting LR03 alkaline battery cells in parallel first and then in series.
(1) The reliability of first series connection and then parallel combination method
This method can be used to improve the reliability of power distribution systems when power lithium batteries are connected in series. In order to obtain a quantitative definition, Figure 16 shows the reliability model diagram of the serialized combination method:
Assuming that the reliability of each LR03 alkaline battery is the same as pi, pu in Figure 16 is the single reliability of the LR03 alkaline battery, both of which are related to serial and parallel data redundancy. According to the calculation method of reliability series, the reliability of LR03 alkaline battery is: pupi/n (n is the quantity of LR03 alkaline battery). The reliability index of this method is pa1-(1-pu)(1-pu).
It can be seen from the above results that the reliability of the two modules has been increased by 100 times, and the reliability has been reduced from one percent to one ten thousandth.
(2) Reliability of parallel connection first and then series combination
This method can be used to improve the reliability of the power distribution system. When the LR03 alkaline battery cannot meet the user's specific reliability requirements, it can be used to improve the reliability of single-power lithium batteries. Figure 5 shows the reliability model diagram of this method, which is connected in series and then connected in series.
If the LR03 alkaline battery has a single reliable pi number, then the LR03 alkaline battery in Figure 5 has a single reliability, both related to serial data redundancy. According to the calculation method of the reliability series, the single reliability index of LR03 alkaline battery is: pnpi, and the series reliability index of LR03 alkaline battery is pp1-(1-pe).
The development trend of credibility that can be theoretically determined and quantitatively analyzed by the above calculation method is: pppi. The power lithium-ion battery pack composed of the first series and the second series is more reliable than the first series. If the single asymmetry of the LR03 alkaline battery is fully considered, it will help to avoid the deviation of the two sets of power lithium batteries.
