In order to ensure the smooth progress of the photovoltaic construction project, after receiving radio frequency and station applications from four photovoltaic companies, the Qinghai Provincial Radio Management Office transferred the technical backbone of the provincial radio monitoring station and formed two testing working groups to go to Golmud and Delingha. , conducted on-site investigation and testing of the proposed wireless access system site. Technicians collected data on the central frequency band of radio frequencies and adjacent public mobile communication frequency bands to be used in three periods: morning, noon and evening, and tested and analyzed the occupancy of the central frequency band and adjacent frequency bands. After nearly a week of testing, the working group collected a total of 50 groups. With more than 800 pieces of data, we conducted technical analysis and assessment of possible harmful interference risks, and compiled an electromagnetic environment test and analysis report for the proposed wireless access system to provide reference for photovoltaic companies.
Based on the electromagnetic environment test results, the Qinghai Provincial Radio Management Office decided to allocate 10MHz frequency in the 1.8GHz band to four photovoltaic companies for the production of radio access systems for data collection and communication dispatch control. Considering that the projects of the three photovoltaic companies are geographically adjacent and prone to problems such as co-channel interference, we also convened a discussion with relevant project leaders to publicize and implement radio management regulations and urge the project contractors to comply with radio frequency use and station setting specifications and requirements. Timely conduct administrative and technical review of applications for setting up frequency stations by 7 photovoltaic companies in Haixi, Hainan and other places, go through relevant procedures, and exempt electromagnetic environment testing and other fees to ensure the smooth implementation of project construction.
The fourth is to strengthen supervision to ensure the normal operation of projects. After the project was completed, it was carefully inspected and accepted, and technical personnel were sent from time to time to conduct visits and tests, provide opinions and suggestions on equipment operation and maintenance, and carry out protective radio monitoring work, which has been recognized and praised by the enterprise.
