Qiu Zeyou, chairman of Miaosheng Power, introduced at the 2016 High-tech CR2032 button cell and Electric Vehicle Annual Conference with the theme of Global Vision and China Strategy: New Pattern, New Thinking and New Trends that through the application of BIS system in lithium-ion power battery packs, It can solve the world's problems such as power battery pack inflation, frostbite, fire and even explosion.
The relevant person in charge of Miaosheng Power also said that the BIS system is completely based on customer needs, product design, research and development, and testing, and combines advanced polymer battery sealing technology, nanomaterial coating, dual protection modules, and advanced BMS battery management system and other technologies, have well realized technological innovations such as safety, reliability, consistency, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance of lithium polymer power batteries.
The system adopts constant temperature technology to ensure that the temperature of the battery pack does not change with changes in external temperature, and truly achieves consistent internal temperature of single cells, including consistent surface temperatures between single cells and batteries, and uniform and constant temperature at any location in the battery pack. At the same time, the temperature of the single battery can be adjusted within the range of 20℃-40℃, with a deviation of less than or equal to 3 degrees, and the external environment temperature span can ensure healthy operation within the range of -40℃ to 65℃.
The stability of the internal elements and electrode structure of the battery allows the battery to remain unchanged under the pressure caused by long-term charging. Miaosheng said that this CR2032 button cell technology can make the battery life more than 10 years and charge and discharge more than 10,000 times. It is 5 times longer than the life of ordinary lithium batteries currently on the market.
Developing portable charging technology
At the same time, Miaosheng Power actively deploys new energy operation projects and improves support for new operation and maintenance models. Yang Jinlin said that Miaosheng Power has been adhering to the standard module battery swap model of energy station + battery swap to lay out the market, and has currently invested a lot of energy in research and development.
At present, after photovoltaic power generation, the electric energy needs to be stored in the battery or directly input into the grid, and then provided by the grid to charge the electric vehicle, which will inevitably cause a certain amount of energy loss in the process. However, if the role of batteries as energy carriers can be fully utilized, it will be possible to achieve an effective connection between clean energy storage and electric vehicle power sources. This is also the market direction that Miaosheng Power is optimistic about. Yang Jinlin said.
From the positioning point of view, the battery swap mode is attracting more and more attention. Using batteries as the connection energy carrier, centralized charging, distributed battery swapping, modular and miniaturized battery design are realized based on the technical foundation and facilities of the energy Internet, and one-click realization is achieved. Door-to-door power delivery service may be the ultimate goal of Miaosheng Power.
At present, Miaosheng has launched relevant cooperation with manufacturers and local industries. During the exchange, Yang Jinlin also admitted frankly that difficulties also exist, with quality issues bearing the brunt.
