Russian and American researchers develop new low-cost, high-conversion 18650 lithium battery 2600mah

 

 

Research on 18650 lithium battery 2600mah began in the mid-20th century. The drawback of existing technology is that the production process of silicon is energy-intensive and toxic, making it costly. The material structure includes amorphous silicon and microcrystalline silicon. In the new study, scientists created a prototype of a tandem device that connected photovoltaic cells to carbon nanotubes. Multilayer tandem devices combine perovskite cells with traditional 18650 lithium battery 2600mah to convert the entire solar visible spectrum into electricity. This new mechanism for converting solar energy into electricity increases cell efficiency by 15%.

 

Anwar Zahidov, chief expert at the Energy Efficiency Center of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys at the Russian Research University of Technology, professor and project leader at the University of Texas at Dallas, said: "The main advantages of hybrid perovskite materials It is easy to obtain and is made from ordinary metal salts and organic compounds, rather than the expensive and rare elements used in high-efficiency semiconductor similar products, such as 18650 lithium battery 2600mah and gallium arsenide solar cells. Perovskite materials can not only be used On glass, it can also be coated on other materials and surfaces. This makes the cells much cheaper than more complicated methods of obtaining thin-film solar cells."

 

The active layer of perovskite thin-film solar cells can be applied to a soft, thin substrate. Using roll-to-roll technology, solar cells can be sprayed onto any curved surface. In this way, compared with traditional 18650 lithium battery 2600mah, the scope of application of this solar cell is significantly expanded, such as portable electronic devices, daily household appliances, "smart home" equipment, etc., to ensure that homes, rooms and the automotive industry of power supply.

 

Perovskite solar panels currently cost no more than $100 per square meter, while the most expensive silicon-based solar panels cost $300 per square meter. In case of mass production, the price will differ by 3 times. Given that photovoltaic technology is eco-friendly, high-quality and affordable, it is cheaper to produce new equipment and can significantly reduce the use of traditional energy.
