It has a smaller diameter than the assembled thermal resistor, is easy to bend, and has good shock resistance. It is suitable for installation in places where the assembled thermal resistor cannot be installed. The WZpK series armored thermal resistor adopts the imported thermal resistor for temperature measurement. The components, therefore, have the advantages of precision, sensitivity, fast thermal response time, stable quality, and long service life.

Detection equipment (temperature controller, pLC input, etc.) connected to the thermal resistor has four terminals: I+, I-, V+, V-. 1. The four-wire system is to lead 4 wires from both ends of the thermal resistor. When wiring, the circuit loop and the voltage measurement loop are independently wired. The measurement accuracy is high and many wires are required.
2. The three-wire system is to lead three wires from the thermal resistor. When wiring the pt100 platinum resistor, the reference end of the current loop and the reference end of the voltage measurement loop are one line (that is, the I-terminal and V-terminal of the detection equipment are short-circuited). The accuracy is slightly better.
3. The two-wire system means two wires are drawn from the thermal resistor. When wiring the pt100 platinum resistor, the current loop and the voltage measurement loop are combined into one (that is, the I- terminal and V- terminal of the testing equipment are short-circuited, and the I+ terminal and V+ are short-circuited. catch). The measurement accuracy is poor.
