　　Technical requirements for ship batteries

　　1. The interior of the signal light casing should be coated with matte black paint.

　　2. The ship signal light bulbs used should be approved.

　　3. The structure and markings of the signal lights shall comply with the following regulations:

　　(1) Its structure should be easy to disassemble, lift, replace parts, and handle, and can prevent the light bulb from loosening and coming out;

　　(2) The signal lights should be connected externally;

　　(3) In addition to the ambient light, there should be arrow markings on the top of the lamp housing indicating the direction of the bow or stern of the ship;

　　(4) The exterior of the lamp housing should have a nameplate, which includes the lamp name, visible distance, bulb (or wick) specifications, power supply voltage, factory name, factory number, manufacturing date, as well as the logo and approval number of the inspection unit. When the conditions cannot be met for small-sized lamps, the manufacturer's logo and the logo of the inspection unit can be used instead of the nameplate

　　(5) The factory number and approval number should be engraved at the edge of the lens or color filter;

　　(6) A ship product certificate issued by the inspection unit should be attached.
